Client circumstances

A global FTSE 100 client with an acquisitive history had recently completed a divestment programme in order to focus on its core business. We were asked to support a company dissolutions exercise to dissolve 60 group companies on a phased basis.

Our responsibilities & achievements

We undertook a healthcheck on each company, updated relevant records and assisted the Group Tax Director to identify and redistribute assets.
