A rapidly growing international natural resources Group, with a FTSE 100 listing in the UK required a practical three year strategy in order to establish a pragmatic and thorough corporate governance environment. The endeavour was ambitious as the modest sized Group Secretariat faced significant linguistic and cultural hurdles.

Our responsibilities & achievements

The Group's strategic priority was to optimise their assets and create greater efficiencies. Our role was to produce a prioritised action plan, within a realistic timescale, and produce a company secretarial strategy aligning with the Group's objectives. We quickly gained an understanding of the challenges facing the Group through site research, structured discussions with the Secretariat team members and inter departmental stakeholders.
