We were recommended to a medium sized PLC by a leading international investment bank. A leader in its field, the PLC was negotiating new financing, whilst offering itself for public sale. There was an unplanned and serious shortage of ‘in-house’ resource.
Our responsibilities & achievements
Working with the PLCs investment bank and city lawyers, we prachuted in a team to manage the legal and secretarial function and coordinate the group's advisors.
